I am Tilly, a Yoga Alliance qualified Chair yoga teacher in Bristol.
Why Chair Yoga?
Chair yoga classes are accessible, inclusive and beginner-friendly whilst being fun and building strength in a low-impact way. My classes use a chair for support and to enhance yoga poses (Äsanas). I teach chair style yoga as I care about creating a supportive community where everyone can experience the benefits of yoga, regardless of their experience or physical ability.

Yoga for everyone
My interests lie in offering yoga to people to people who want to have some fun whilst moving their bodies in mindful movement.
I sequence all my classes to be accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for all abilities.

My teaching style
My classes are fun and I love laughing during class.
I weave yogic philosophy through my classes which includes breathing practices and guided meditations.
I am creative in my class plans and always give you time at the end to relax.
